Olympic Oval Power Skating Camps, Summer 2012

Course Description: 

Improve your skating abilities to play better hockey or ringette! Get ready to ace evaluations as you improve your skating stride, agility, balance and coordination from qualified instructors. Learn from the best; the Olympic Oval is home to some of the world’s best skating experts!

All ice sessions will be 60 minutes. Participants must bring their own skates, sticks and full hockey/ringette equipment. The camps are geared for players with one or more years of hockey and ringette experience. This is NOT a learn to skate program. This camp offers technical instruction to produce more power, speed, agility, and efficiency from a players skating stride.
